That depends on the room and the programme, not only on the number of guests. For 100 people in a hall you usually need a PA on stands, some ambient lighting and a microphone for the speeches — a modest setup. Add a band, a stage or an LED wall and it grows accordingly. In the event configurator you can put your setup together in two minutes and see immediately what it involves.
For small, simple setups, yes — we deliver, rig it, show you how it works and collect it afterwards. As soon as there is a stage, flown equipment or a live band, a technician stays. Not on principle, but because in our experience that is where something comes up that somebody needs to know how to handle.
